Hello Jason,

I just got your telephone message today, and I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.

I understand that the content in question may not be flattering to you and your organization. I can understand why you would want the information removed, but there are circumstances where material like this can be reproduced legally (i.e. criticism/research). Personally I am not qualified to make these kinds of decisions, and I must stress that I am in no position to censor my customers. The Skeptictank can and probably would simply find another ISP to host their website if I were to attempt to censor them, although I don't feel as though you have directly asked me to do such a thing.

Here's what I read on Fair use, and I think you should take a quick look at it.

Again, I'm not qualified to determine if the content in question indeed violates copyright law, and I would be steping outside my boundaries to impose any restriction on Fredrick Rice, or the Skeptictank. Jason, I hope you and Fredrick can work this issue out. Please don't hesitate to contact me again if the situation changes, or you have any questions.
