Okay, I see what was done. The TRACS organization has the recognition of the U. S. Deaprtment of Education, not the ICR cult. The TRACS organization in turn "recognized" the ICR cult according to the cult's web site -- which is, it appears, meaningless since the cult itself isn't recognized nor accredited.

I understand that the State of California stepped in and forced the ICR cult to stop handing out degrees like they were candy. Failing to acquire accredidation within the State venue, the cult apparently sought "recognition" by this TRACS organization, acquired it, and then claimed that they (the ICR) is some how accredited, failing to note that it's meaningless.

Thank you for your help. I had thought that the web site's claim that the ICR cult is accredited was false; it's simply "recognized." Interesting. Thanks.
