Greetings, TRACS!

I was looking at attending the Institute for Creation Research in Southern California and, unfortunately, was unable to immediately acquire all of the fee expenses I would encounter. Since the ICR is accredited by TRACS and since TRACS is recognized by the U. S. Department of Education, does that mean I could possibly qualify for Federal financial assistance to attend the ICR?

Thank you very much for your assistance.
