                       Sex Is The Problem

In Rochester, New York, trouble is brewing. The "reverend"
Duane Motley, who is the executive director of New Yorker for
Constitutional Freedoms has the answer:

I would say the majority of our social problems today,
maybe all of them when you stop and think about it, but at
least the majority, revolve around sex.
Like homosexuality is a sex problem, choosing your sex
partner. Abortion is a sex problem. If you didn't have sex,
you wouldn't have the need for abortion. Pornography, a sex
problem. Just everything you deal with that are major social
problems today, revolves around sex. And see, AIDS ties in
     again. Very seldom do you get AIDS without sexual activity;
it's usually promiscuous sex activity that brings about
AIDS, not monogamous. We are seeing more of that demand for
welfare reform. Why do we need welfare reform? Because we
have too many people on welfare, and people on welfare tend
to get pregnant and have more kids.

What's the solution to all of that? Tim D. Mains, a Gay
member of the City Council, has the answer:

If I were given carte blanche to make families more
effective, it might sound horribly conservative, but if I
had the ability to put something in the water that made
everybody sterile, I would do that.

Since every thing has to do with "morals" and "sex" the
Rochester City Council has created "a voluntary registry for
every city resident living with someone outside of marriage for
at least six month."

     Just watch it there! folks!
