The Crusades played an important part in the promotion of the Merovingian
bloodline.  Many of the Crusaders were French who went to Palestine to
liberate the Holy Land from the Moslems.  By 1061 A.D., the Catholic Crusaders
had conquered the city of Jerusalem and established Godfroi de Bouillon
(Godfrey de Bouillon -- of the Merovingian bloodline) on the throne in
Jerusalem.  Claiming to be of the lineage of David, Godfrey de Bouillon
organized a secret society called the Ordre de Sion -- today called Prieure de
Sion -- in 1099 A.D.  The clandestine Prieure de Sion still exists today after
almost 900 years.  Godfrey de Bouillon and his secret group, the Prieure de
Sion, began to lay plans for a front organization to carry out their goals.
In 1118 A.D., Hugues de Payen organized the Knights Templar and made Baudouin,
the brother of Godfrey de Bouillon, its first Grand Master.  The stated
purpose of the Knights Templar were to guard the highways around Jerusalem to
protect the pilgrims coming for worship.  Upon their arrival in Jerusalem,
they (Knights Templar) were given living quarters in the palace of King
Baudouin on the Temple site.  After nine years in Jerusalem, the Templars
returned to Europe wealthy beyond belief.  It is believed their wealth
resulted from excavating the Temple site and recovering at least 30 tons of
gold buried under the Temple mountain.  In the years following they built
castles all over Europe and became famous as the "Guardians of the Holy
Grail."  Soon the groups were involved in instituting an international banking
system across Europe loaning gold to kings and governments.  Shortly
thereafter the Knights Templar broke away from their allegiance to the Bishop
of Rome and became an arrogant organization aloof from all recognized
authority.

In 1188 A.D. there was a split between the Ordre de Sion and the Knights
Templar.  The king of France tried to destroy the Knights Templar and
confiscate their treasure in the early 1300's.  Between 1303 and 1305 Philip
IV, king of France, engineered the kidnapping and death of Pope Boniface VIII
and the murder by poison of his successor, Pope Benedict XI.  In 1305 King
Philip managed to secure the election of his own candidate, the ARchbiship of
Bordeaux, to the vacant papal throne.  The new pontiff took the name Clement V
and together with Philip organized the infamous Inquisition in an effort to
destroy the power and influence of the Knights Templar -- and especially the
Merovingian bloodline that hung like a cloud over the Roman church.  On
October 13, 1307, all the Templars in France were arrested -- including their
Grand Master, Jacques de Molay.  In March, 1314 A.D., Jacques de Molay was
burned at the stake.  The surviving Templars fled to Scotland and eventually
developed into an organization called the Scottish Rite, i.e., one of the
"appended bodies" of Freemasonry today.

Toward the end of the 19th century an Order of Templars was established in
Germany and Austria employing the swastika as one of its emblems.  This order
of the Grand Orient Masonic Lodges was founded by Adam Weischaput.  Another
important figure in this organization called the O.T.O. (Oriental Templars or
'Ordi Templi Orientis') was Karl Kellner.  At first it was known as the Thule
Society but later changed its name in the early part of this century to the
Nazi Party.  The goal of the Prieure de Sion, still active today, is to
capture the wealth of the world, establish their own world government, and
introduce a Merovingian king to sit upon a throne in Jerusalem.  The O.T.O.,
visibly active today, is a cog in the overall plan.  The Merovingian bloodline
origin legend is that Mary Magdalene and Jesus Christ copulated and produced a
child, i.e., that the Merovingians are direct descendants of Christ/Mary
Magdalene and, therefore, of the House of David.  It is also known that Jesus
had brothers and it is likely that one of these was the father if it should be
that any of this legend involving Mary Magdalene and the Merovingian dynasty
is true as alledged by the Preuier de Sion.  Merovee, the first notable
Merovingian and Frankish king (447-458 A.D.), claimed he was the Son of Odin
and was an adherent of the religious cult of Diana.  Childeric I, Merovee's
son (458-481 A.D.), practiced witchcraft.  How strange for a blood-line that
claims descent from the House of David.

Today such notable royal European families as the Blanchefort, Gisors,
Saint-Clair, Montesquiou, Monpezat, Poher, Luisignan, Plantard, and
Hapsburg-Lorraine claim descendency in the Merovingian bloodline.  Cursory
investigation yields association of the Merovingian bloodline to the
Rothchilds and to today's international banking as observed in the Trilateral
Commission.  The Trilateral Commission is the brain-child of David Rockefeller
and currently seven leaders of the world's nations are involved.
 It would appear that Godfrey de Bouillon has done much more than to
persecute Jews in Europe (I stand corrected and much informed by your
information, Thom): it would seem that Godfrey (sometimes affectionately known
as the 'Widow's Son') is the one who seems likely to have set the ball in
action to establish the Antichrist on the throne in Jerusalem who shall then
proclaim himself to be God, i.e., the descendant of David by union of Jesus
Christ and Mary Magdalene, the harlot.  It is recorded in Daniel that the
Antichrist will make a covenant with Israel for 3.5 years and then He shall
declare himself to be God:

"Yea, he [Antichrist] magnified himself even to the prince of the host,
and by him the daily sacrifice was taken away, and the place of his sanctuary
was cast down...And he shall speak great words against the most High, and
shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and
laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the
dividing of time.  But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his
dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.  And the kingdom and
dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be
given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an
everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him...I [Daniel]
beheld, and the same horn [Antichrist] made war with the saints, and prevailed
against them; Until the Ancient of days [Jesus Christ] came, and judgment was
given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints
possessed the kingdom."  Selections from Daniel 7 and 8.

Well, now, try this on for size: "And the woman was arrayed in purple and
scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a
golden cup [Grail] in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her
fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE
GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.  And I saw the
woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs
of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration." Revelation
17:4-6

And this: "And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have
received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the
beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the
beast." Revelations 17:12-13

Hmmm.... A Merovingian dynasty of kings in Europe and a Merovingian on the
throne in Jerusalem who proclaims himself to be God.  The European kings give
their power and strength to the one in Jerusalem for one hour.  What do we
have? One Harlot (Mary Magdalene and/or the Mystery Babylon/Ishtar religion),
One Antichrist (the Merovingian who sits as King of Jerusalem and then
proclaims himself to be God), 10 European kings (seemingly likely all of the
Merovingian descent).  Our 7 heads and 10 crowns of Revelations seem to be
seen in current and soon-forthcoming developments in Europe and elsewhere.
This synopsis doesn't seem too implausible -- indeed seems highly probable --
given current events.

Seems these Jews were the early victims of the coming Antichrist in light of
this information presented.  That Godfrey de Bouillon, a Merovingian, whose
first recorded patriarch, Merovee -- one who claimed to be the Son of Odin,
was involved in fomenting persecution of Jews in the European dark ages does
appear to fit the prevailing synthesis.

I wonder if the murder of the Jews in Jerusalem in 1099 is connected with the
discovery/recovery of the Temple treasures and the startup of the Preuier de
Sion.  Perhaps it was thought best to have no witnesses so that the treasures
could be gotten at the leisure of the former front organization of the Priory
de Sion, i.e., the Knights Templar.

Have you read HOLY BLOOD, HOLY GRAIL or THE MESSIANIC LEGACY, both by Baigent,
Lincoln, and Leigh; Dell, NY.  The Merovingian factor does much to begin to
reveal why the Jewish persecutions began in the period of 1064 A.D. in Europe.
It also tends to explain a bit of what seems relevant for today.  What's your
view/opinion/leading on this??  I can understand why Jews might be extremely
rejecting of Christianity because of Godfrey de Bouillon's activities in
Europe; however, it does appear to be the case, because of de Bouillon's
Merovingian blood-line and the activities of the Knights Templar and the
Preuier de Sion, that Godfrey was not of Christ but was of the spirit of
Antichrist.  I wonder how many Jews know this?

Note to occultists:  This data all came from published material of standard

Now...in view of the last few messages, and of Rudolf Steiner's connection
with Anthroposophism (in case you didn't know it, this is a system of belief
that replaces the Deity with Man)......what are your comments now?

Since the main thrust of so-called "New Age" (in the minds of most
Fundamentalist Christians) seems to be an Anthroposophistic belief system, I
fail to see how you can place any credence at all in Rudolf Steiner.

And as for the "Merovingian Conspiracy"......apply Occam's Razor to it.

I -think- you may be being drawn into pseudo-Christian cultish beliefs here.
