(Brett J. Vickers)
Recently several people have mentioned that we have not observed an
entire orbit of Pluto about the Sun. In fact, we are have only
directly observed parts of Pluto's orbit.
Therefore, I propose the Abrupt Appearance Theory of Pluto. Because
records show that Pluto only orbited for a short time before we
observed it later at another position, a supernatural force must be
responsible for picking Pluto up and placing it where we next observed
it. Obviously, there are a lot of gaps in the orbital record for
Pluto. Thus, supernatural interference is the only logical
explanation.
However, I do accept the existence of micro-orbiting. For example,
sometimes we observe Pluto in orbit for a short while. But then,
after not observing it for some period of time, Pluto reappears in
another spot. So micro-orbiting works on a small scale, but there are
limits on how much this micro-orbiting can accumulate. Micro-orbiting
can never accumulate to the point where there would be a complete,
continuous orbit of Pluto about the Sun, for instance. Thus
macro-orbiting does not occur, nor is there any evidence that it ever
did.
