John Pelosa, a southern California high school teacher was barred from
teaching creationism and transferred to the PE department. Apparently
PE is his original area of expertise, not biology. Anyway he sued.

The judge chucked the suit as frivolous and without merit.

Today, The Bible Answer Man, a radio talk show (you call them up, they tell
you why you're wrong), called upon their listeners to bombard the judge with
their outrage. Since they were kind enough to supply the information, i
figured i'd post it here so that folks who are so inclined can offer the
judge their support.
