Re: Temptation Is Everywhere
TEMPTATION IS EVERYWHERE
As usual, the Roman Catholic church was in on the pedophilic
action. In early February three of its priests in Landover,
Maryland, were arrested and charged with sexual child abuse. The
charges stemmed from sexual abuses in the 1970s. Three different
boys, now men ages twenty-nine, thirty-one, and thirty-four were
involved.
But then, the week before these arrests, the Archdiocese of
Washington, D.C. admitted that four priests admitted molesting an
altar boy at St. Matthias in the 1970s.
The church is not, however, exhibiting callous disregard.
The Archdiocese in Washington has issued a statement that its
administrators will "continue to pray for all those involved in
this tragedy." That's nice.
