ATTORNEY LINDA THOMPSON'S "ULTIMATUM" AND "DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE"
TO CONGRESS: .. IS THIS FOR REAL OR IS SHE REALLY WORKING FOR THE
GOVERNMENT TO "SET UP" THE PATRIOTS?
(CAC General Reading, May 2, 1994)
QUESTION:
Awareness, we're here tonight for a CAC General Reading, with questions
sent in from the membership. Does Awareness have an opening message?
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness suggests that the document from David Alexander be picked
up and the cover letter, the first three paragraphs be read.
QUESTIONER:
OK. David writes: "Avaton, Linda Thompson, the woman who made the Waco
tapes showing that flame-throwers were used to burn the Branch Davidian
compound, has started a very serious patriot movement. She has been on
talk shows, she has her own Patriot computer bulletin board, and is on
the world-wide Internet, posting conspiracy theories. None of this is
unfamiliar to Cosmic Awareness readers. But now she has taken a MAJOR
step -- issuing a new Declaration of Independence! Along with it, she is
issuing an ultimatum to the U.S. Government that they take certain
actions immediately or be arrested by the citizenry and tried for
treason. Among the actions she is demanding are repeal of the 14, 16th,
and 17th Amendments, declaring that the Federal Government has no legal
jurisdiction in any State to make or enforce any criminal laws;
declaring that the United States is not under the authority of the
United Nations; declaring the national debt to the Federal Reserve
illegal, unconstitutional, null and void, and a demand to issue
currency, backed by gold, through the U.S. Treasury; repeal of NAFTA;
revocation of GATT; repeal of the Brady Bill and the Omnibus Crime Bill.
Here is her latest message to the Patriot world, which is the most
radical I have ever read. I have also included a copy of the Ultimatum
and her Declaration of Independence with this letter. After you read
this, my question to Cosmic Awareness appears at the end of this letter.
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness suggests now that you turn the page and read the entity's
question; this in the bottom half of the second page.
QUESTIONER:
"Now, people are starting to wonder if Linda Thompson is working on the
behalf of the government, rather than for the people. What better way to
round up the rabble-rousers than by planting a fake "leader" and
organizing an event that would get every supporter arrested for carrying
arms in Washington D.C., where arms are illegal and which is not even a
state of the union?"
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates the question as to whether this entity is
working for the Federal Government to help round up the patriots is that
which is a reasonable question, considering the way things have in the
past been manipulated. This Awareness indicates that in this instance,
the question is not in the affirmative, and is apparently one that is
being promoted by those who are skeptics and who do not really expect or
want to see a patriot movement in this country. This Awareness indicates
in the first place, the entity Linda Thompson is not the force behind
this ultimatum. She, as an attorney is simply lending her name and her
representation to a greater force of patriots, and these patriots have
the full backing of the military in this country, the military having
the authority from the Constitution to enforce the Constitution in the
event the administration and other elected officials fail to do so.
The Military Has the Right and Obligation to Take Control When
Government Officials Fail to Uphold the Constitution
This Awareness indicates that in other words, the authority of the
Constitution as law of the land provides that in the event the elected
officials fail to do their duty in regard to the people of the country,
the military has the right and the obligation to take control and make
sure that the laws of the Constitution are carried out properly and
enforced properly.
This Awareness indicates in this instance, that is the situation. The
entity is speaking for these people who have, as patriots, determined
that the Constitution is going to be enforced as law of the land, and no
longer allowed to be usurped.
The "Federal" Government is a Separate Nation
This Awareness indicates this goes back to a previous reading in which
this Awareness indicated that there are basically two governments in
this country: the governments known as the United States of America --
these being the state governments, united -- and the Federal government,
which is foreign to the United States of America, which is located in
the District of Columbia, which is not part of the United States and
which is, in fact, controlled to a great extent by the international
bankers and by the laws and rules of the United Nations. This Federal
Washington D.C. state or country, has set itself up in control over the
United States of America as a quasi-government.
This Awareness indicates that elected officials residing outside of the
United States of America in Washington D.C., are not actually employees
or officials of the United States of America, or its rules. The states'
rules do not apply. The states' Constitutions do not apply to these
entities in Washington D.C. because they are acting outside the country
in this second nation known as the Federal government.
This Awareness indicates in other words, the United States Federal
government and the United States of America are basically two different
countries, and the Constitution of the United States of America is not
the law of the United States Federal government.
Therefore, these entities cannot, while in the District of Columbia, be
accused of treason.
They are operating m behalf of the foreign bankers and their special
interests. The agencies created in the District of Columbia have also
been created as foreign agencies and it is to this that Linda Thompson's
references are, in part, made. This Awareness indicates that all of this
has been made clear and is understood by those in charge of the patriot
movement.
The patriot movement is not simply a small group of Linda Thompson's
people; it is spread throughout the country. It ties in to the
Hildebrand Fort Collins lawsuit and with several other lawsuits that are
equally being pursued or have been pursued, and it is timed at this
point to take back the country and restore the United States
Constitution .
Linda Thompson Has Strong Blacking of the Military
This Awareness indicates that the action of having Linda Thompson speak
out in behalf of the patriot movement in the United States, which
includes most of the military of the United States and many of the
higher officials who are still patriotic to this country; the purpose of
having her do this is to focus the attention and the energy on a
combined movement that will restore the strengthened power of the
Constitution.
This Awareness indicates that it is going to continue with or without
Linda Thompson. She was chosen because she was brave enough to challenge
the Waco situation with her video tapes and with her outspoken
discussions of the shenanigans involved in that Waco situation. lt is
not something that she herself personally is promoting, and therefore,
entities who assume this are underestimating the power behind this
woman's ultimatum to the Congress and House of Representatives in
challenging them to go back to the Constitution or face charges of
treason.
No Chance for Bankers and UN Forces to Take Over
This Awareness indicates the greatest question as to the potential power
of this movement is whether the actions will be effective in disarming
the traitors to this country, to the Constitution, prior to the 1st of
September of this year. There are approximately 4 months in which many
things could happen. Those who think that they can enter into this
country with a United Nations army or somehow set up a war in this
country in a way that would disarm the citizens and allow them to take
over and restore the nation back to the United Nations as a subsidiary
to the United Nations, should think again, because they still have not
disarmed the citizens, and as long as the citizens of this country are
still armed, along with the military, and are all demanding the
Constitution be restored, there isn't a chance for these international
bankers and the U.N. forces to take over this country.
Spread the "Emancipation Packet" Far and Wide!
This Awareness indicates that it will be of great importance that this
Declaration of Independence as promoted by Linda Thompson and others and
the ultimatum to the Federal government and this general information in
this emancipation packet, be sent to as many people as possible between
now and September 1st. This Awareness indicates that it has been
broadcast over many of the computer networks and bulletin boards, it has
been sent to all members of Congress and the House of Representatives
and she has requested that entities print thousands of copies, sending
them to ministers and to various leaders and agencies around the country
and to the media.
This Awareness indicates that she is asking entities to give time and
money to print copies to spread around, and asking for entities who can
fly airplanes to drop the leaflets over cities. This Awareness indicates
she is basically a spokesperson representing the force of the patriot
movement which has grown enormously in the past several years.
This Awareness indicates that these entities have researched and the
conclusions and findings of a conspiracy that has covered some 80 years
of time, from the beginning of the founding of the Federal Reserve Bank
up to present time, have led them to recognize and have all of the
evidence necessary to undo the mischief that has been created by this
conspiracy against the Constitution and the American people.
You Have An Opportunity to Make History
This Awareness indicates therefore, it is the proper time for this
movement to occur. The individuals who receive this information have an
opportunity to make history -- equivalent or greater than that of the
founding fathers when this country was first born. It is a time much
like that of the 1770s, where, however, a new level, a new form, a new
type of tyranny is being overthrown just before it was ready to make its
claim and clamp its iron fist upon the masses of this country.
This Awareness indicates that those entities who receive this
information -- and this Awareness suggests that the entire document be
made available to the membership -- should make as many copies as
possible and spread those copies as far and wide as is reasonable within
their means to alert as many people as can be alerted between now and
September 1st.
A Chance to Dissolve the IRS and Federal Reserve
This Awareness indicates that this will also be an action that works in
conjunction with the Hildebrand/Fort Collins settlement regarding the
Federal Reserve Bank and it will also restore the laws of the
Constitution. Likewise, it is to be expected that the income tax, which
is essentially a head tax, will be eliminated and the IRS will be
dissolved along with the Federal Reserve Bank.
This Awareness indicates essentially, the IRS simply collects money for
the Federal Reserve Bank; that in the past decade, the IRS in collecting
from American citizens has not collected in behalf of the United States
of America, but has collected in behalf of the Federal Reserve Bank,
with the tax payments going to the Federal Reserve Bank rather than to
the United States Treasury department.
This Awareness indicates only 22 percent of the taxes collected went to
the United States for the national debt to the Federal Reserve Bank. The
rest of the 78 percent of taxes collected, went to foreign countries: to
Germany and to other countries of Europe, into the banks there, to help
those banks lend to the masses in Europe in order to create a greater
indebtedness among these people so that the interest collected at 25
percent in most cases in those European banking contracts, would bring
in even more revenue to the Federal Reserve banks than is available
through the lending practices here, where the interest rates are much
lower.
This Awareness indicates, in other words, your tax money has gone into
financing Federal Reserve bank fraud against the European nations,
rather than going to your own country; that this is one reason why you
are being over taxed and why programs in your country are being cut and
why your national debt is not being reduced, regardless of how much tax
you pay.
Enough is Enough! Charge Them With Treason!
This Awareness indicates that the patriots, as represented in the
document by Linda Thompson, recognize all of this and have decided
enough is enough; it is time for a change, to get rid of the tyranny
that has taken over this country through the false Federal government.
This Awareness indicates that these entities are willing, ready and able
to make such a demand or ultimatum. They know who the traitors are and
they are backed by sufficient force to enforce the Constitution as law
of the land.
Millions Are Asked to Witness Their Signatures
This Awareness indicates that they are asking for millions of entities
to witness their signatures on this Declaration of Independence, 1994.
This Awareness suggests that entities may wish to examine this and
determine whether they too would like to add their name to the millions
of others who will be signing this for the September 1st deadline in
which the Congress and House of Representatives and the Federal
governments and the state governments agree to move back toward a
Constitutional government for this country.
This Awareness indicates that those officials who do not back this move
are going to find themselves being indicted and tried for treason. This
Awareness indicates this is a very serious situation, and these entities
understand what they are saying and what they are doing in this
ultimatum. This Awareness suggests entities study this information,
decide where they stand and, if they are so inclined, to promote or send
copies of this material as far and wide as they feel compelled to do,
recognizing that many of the broadcasting actions may be duplications of
similar actions by others.
A Momentous Event is Occurring
In other words, your radio stations, your TV stations, even your church
will receive several copies from various people, but the repeated number
of copies received will still be not a waste, but a greater influence on
the recipients as to the importance and strength of this movement. This
Awareness indicates that it is seldom in the course of human events that
a moment such as this occurs.
There is always the continued effort of tyrants to build up greater and
greater power over the masses, to create greater and greater holds on
the minds, the energies and the resources of the subjects, and rarely in
the course of human events has there been an opportunity for the people
to form their own nation.
A Chance to Rid Our Country of the Parasites
This happened over 200 years ago, and that nation became the most
powerful nation on earth. It also became the most generous and the most
inspiring nation on earth, until this century, when the foreign hands
took control and began to turn the nation into that which represented
their own agenda rather than the original agenda of the people of the
United States in their intentions as formulated by the founding fathers
in the Constitution of the United States.
It has been essentially taken away from the people and from future
generations by these bankers. The freedoms no longer exist. The
government forces could at any time walk into your home, ignoring
Constitutional rights, shoot you, and proclaim that you were involved
with drugs or some anti-government action, or that you were a child
molester or some other falsified claim to get the public to praise them
for having ridden society of such an awful person.
This Awareness indicates that this has happened repeatedly in big ways
and, more often, in smaller non publicized situations; that now it is an
opportunity to throw off that tyrannical form of foreign controlled
government and to regain the true government of the United States of
America as presented in the U.S. Constitution. Those who have been
traitors to this country will lose their controls. Even though they rode
high and mighty in their power, they are now destined to fall.
A Time of Great Significance in the History of the World!
This Awareness indicates that this is a time of great significance in
the history of this country, in the history of the world. This year is
that which shall bring about a great change on the face of the earth,
and to give a new life, a new resurrection to the concepts of freedom,
to the concepts of individuality and to the very nature of your country,
so that it again will serve as a beacon for the rest of the world in
terms of ideals, values and purposes, in the preservation of human
rights, in the preservation of human pursuits of happiness.
You Have Been Carefully Prepared for this Moment
This Awareness indicates that you can be a part of this great momentous
movement and you have been prepared and practiced for this for some
time. In the past, you (CAC Members) have sent messages during critical
times, you have contacted people of significance in your communities, in
your nation, you have sent the word out on this or that situation .
This Awareness indicates the "Hot August Night" scenario is recognized
in the patriot movement as a time when the country was almost lost. You
were, in a great sense, instrumental in helping to preserve the freedoms
of this country long enough to allow this moment to come about, where
the country can be taken back.
This Awareness indicates that having practiced during the times of the
"Passage Perilous" and the "Hot August Night" and other situations, you
are now prepared to help spread this information as presented by Linda
Thompson to alert even more people than ever as to what is occurring in
this nation at this time, and as to the great significance and
importance of this occurrence.
This Awareness indicates that for many entities in this country it will
be the first time they have ever realized that there has been a
conspiracy working against them and against the nation to make them
slaves to this international banking cartel and those who operate it. It
will be new to them.
A Stupendous Chance to Alert the Masses to Wrong-Doings
This document is full of information that will alert them to an entirely
new level of awareness that they had never before encountered. The
majority of people in this country have no idea of what is going on. The
majority of people in this country would go along with whatever the
media tells them in terms of the way they should look at the world.
The majority of people in this country couldn't care less about whether
something relates favorably to the Constitution or whether a law is
passed banning the Constitution -- because they do not really know what
the Constitution is all about in the first place.
This Awareness indicates that this document by Linda Thompson, and those
who worked with her on it, is such that it will alert the masses that
something wrong has been happening in this country and that it is
treasonous and that there are powerful forces who are trying to put the
country right. It will cause them not to automatically go along with
news media or what the government issues as the statement. It will cause
them instead to question: "What's happening here? Who are these
patriots? Who are the good guys and who are the bad guys?"
This Awareness indicates once they begin to question, then they become
capable of being educated, but until they question, they are simply
brainwashed robots going to and from work, obeying the rules of the
plant, office, company and nation in accordance with the administrative
policies that are handed down, without questioning these policies, even
if it is to their detriment to follow those policies.
A Document to Force Entities to Think!
This Awareness indicates that when a document such as this comes along,

once or twice in a millennium, entities are forced to think, and when
they are forced to think, it becomes possible that they might learn
something of great significance. Therefore, it is important that those
entities who perceive themselves to have a certain degree of awareness
have a responsibility to the masses whom they recognize do not
necessarily have such a degree of awareness, and in their responsibility
they have the opportunity to teach those who do not know and to show by
example and to show through their efforts that force of creative love
that helps to bring about a better world for everyone.
A Momentous Task is Ahead! Can You Help?
This Awareness suggests you think carefully. Consider what you can do to
add to the momentous task of getting this information out. If you can
afford to print a thousand copies and send these or pass them, or set
them in grocery stores or on tables in public places so that entities
passing by recognize they are free to take, this will be a great way of
distributing the information.
This Awareness indicates that this packet of information may be
tentatively ca]led "Your Emancipation Packet." This Awareness suggests
that such a term may not be totally descriptive, but it is quite clearly
an essentially "Your Emancipation" in terms of freeing you from the
future that was planned for the masses of the world by these entities
who have for so long plotted and planned to divide the earth into two
classes of people -- those who rule and those who serve. For there are
very few of you who would have, in any stretch of the imagination, been
involved in the ruling class. This Awareness indicates that almost 99
percent of the people on earth, or more, would be servants to those few.
"Your Emancipation Packet" -- Spread It Far and Wide!
Therefore, this packet of information may well be "Your Emancipation
Packet" as it is spread throughout the land to alert the masses so that
they cannot be rallied in such a way by those traitors to your country,
to turn against the patriots.
This is the important thing: that more entities become part of the
patriot movement and quickly enough, so as to prevent the hostile forces
from turning these entities against the patriots.
WILL AN ARMED MILITIA ACTUALLY MARCH ON D.C.?
(How the "Hot August Night" Campaign Changed History...)
FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:
I imagine a lot of people reading this document would have a feeling
similar to what I had: that this was an incredible document, and I
agreed with everything in it, and how, if this could come about, how it
would transform this nation. What are the odds at this time? Does
Awareness see an armed militia actually marching on Washington and
forcing Congress to accept this Declaration of Independence?
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates that the army is well behind this action. This
Awareness indicates that in the month of August in 1992, the month of
that planned "Hot August Night" scenario, after the country had almost
been taken over in the scenario planned, which was essentially stopped
by all of the warnings that were put out, the alerts that were given to
various Congress people, even those who were involved in the plot to set
up the "Hot August Night" scenario, all of these entities receiving so
much information from so many different people who seemed to know their
plan, became nervous about carrying out the plan, knowing that they were
already exposed, and so they pulled back and decided to wait for a more
opportune time and to find a different way of implementing the action.
The plan was for President Bush to create a bank holiday and create an
economic crash, similar to 1929, by the 17th of December. This Awareness
indicates that this would, in fact, occur with or without Bush being
reelected, because he would remain in office until inauguration time in
January.
Military Patriots Forced Blush and Clinton to Sign Document!
(They Are Now Enforcing the Constitution in Many Areas)
This Awareness indicates that shortly after August and shortly before
the election took place, Ross Perot, Bill Clinton and then President
Bush were invited to meet with the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the military
forces: Navy, Army, and Air Force, and met with a large number of other
military people, all of high ranking positions. Many of the ranks were
equivalent to that of Collin Powell and above. These high-ranking
officials informed the three political candidates for the presidency
that they wanted the signature from each of them that they would work to
restore Constitutional control over this country; that the Constitution
would be the law of the land, and that they would sign this agreement or
face the consequences.
All three of these entities signed the agreement and George Bush stopped
promoting or mentioning the New World Order.
This Awareness indicates that the military recognized its role and its
requirement that it enforce the Constitution as the law of the land in
the event the elected officials failed to do so. In taking on that
responsibility, these entities who had sworn allegiance to the
Constitution in regard to their military career, felt they were acting
in good conscience in opposing the administration or any who would not
work in conjunction with the Constitution, and therefore, these entities
reasserted their patriotism, and in so doing, they congealed a powerful
force. They had already met and discussed and looked for ways whereby
they could bring this country back to the Constitution. They began by
having these three political candidates agree to work for the
Constitution rather than for the United Nations and they then pursued
the secondary actions which had to do with bringing about the changes in
government to allow the Constitution to be effective throughout the
land.
The first thing was to rid the country of the Federal Reserve Bank and
to restore the Congress and House of Representatives to their sworn
purposes of serving the United States under the Constitution. This is
what they are doing. They are enforcing the law of the land on the
public officials who have been bought off, in many instances, by
lobbyists and by special interest groups many of them foreign in their
agendas.
Citizens Now Must Also Assert Their Dedication!
This Awareness indicates that essentially, they are doing their duty and
they are happy about what they are doing and the citizens or persons in
the United States should also assert their individuality and their
dedication to the Constitution -- the law of the land -- since it is
designed for the people to serve as head of the government.
The Constitution was created to give the people the rulership over the
government which they elect, and to create laws that are compatible with
the wishes of the people. Therefore, it is time for individuals to
pledge their allegiance to these laws that free them from tyranny such
as that which was ever so close in recent months and which has been
encroaching since that time, except for the patriot movement, which is
growing in strength daily.
This Awareness indicates there is a thing entities need to recognize:
the fast-growing patriot movement is very similar to that of a pyramid
type of growth -- two becomes four, four becomes eight, eight becomes
16, 16 becomes 32, 32 becomes 64, etc., and the more entities grow in
the patriot movement, the more quickly it grows to encompass the masses.
Patriot Movement Now Influencing 25 Percent of Population
The patriot movement at this time, has influenced approximately 25
percent of the people in this nation. The other 75 percent, in being
informed by these 25 percent, could, within a very short time, become so
magnified in terms of their numbers that by September 1st, everyone in
the nation will know what has occurred over the past 80 years, and why,
for so long, their parents and themselves and their children have
suffered so much indignity in regard to their work, in regard to their
possessions and financial assets, having so much taken from them and
receiving so little in return because of the interference of the Federal
government, rather than its protection of their rights.
This Awareness indicates that entities should indeed read the
Declaration of Independence, 1994, and they will wonder: "How did it
ever get so bad?" and they will see how bad it really is, when it is put
into words and entities recognize that their rights have really been
removed over a period of time, and that these rights should never have
been lost.
Sometimes things can get so bad, that entities don't even realize it,
because they would rather not stir up trouble, thinking the trouble is
worse than the situation they are in, even though the situation
continues to get worse day by day. This Awareness indicates at some
point, someone can come along and say: "You're on a train with no
engineer; it is going down a mountain pass! There is no future here! It
is going to get worse! You had better do something!"
The entity might think: "Oh, no! Not me. I'm going to hold on to my
seat. I'm going to stay where I am. It would be dangerous to do anything
at this point." But when the other entity points out: "You are going
down a steep hill! The train is going too fast! You cannot get off if
you don't get off now!", then the entity on the train may wake up and
realize: "I have to do something! Is there an emergency brake or
something to help slow down the train?"
This Awareness indicates this is much like what has been happening in
this nation. The majority of people do not want to disturb anything.
They would rather accept some tyrannical controls than to turn against
the tyrannical government and they would rather think nice things about
the government than to admit it is becoming tyrannical.
Our "Government" Is Killing Its People!
This Awareness indicates that many entities have been killed for
speeches, many have been killed because they opposed certain policies of
the government. This Awareness indicates that many were killed for
things that should have been little more than a jail sentence or a slap
on the wrist, or killed because of some government agency involving
itself in a jurisdiction that it had no real control over.
This Awareness indicates there have been entities killed because they
knew too much about UFOs or said some thing about UFOs which offended
certain secret agencies. This Awareness indicates that in a country
where freedom of speech and other freedoms are allowed, entities have
been killed for expressing or pursuing those freedoms. It is because the
country is out of control in terms of the type of government and who the
government really is working for, because this government has not been
working for the people for some time.
Our "Government" Working for the Rothschilds, Not Us!
It has been working for the Rothschilds and other international bankers
in their effort to create a New World Order, run by the United Nations,
which is a Rothschild organization and an international banking
organization. It is basically owned by the international bankers,
established by them, set up by them, and influenced and controlled by
them.
This Awareness indicates that it is time for the people to reclaim their
inalienable rights that were given to them by the Divine, and handed to
them through laws of the United States Constitution, the Magna Carta,
and other documents from antiquity and historical situations where
mankind fought, suffered, and died to win these freedoms.
This Awareness indicates that there have been, down through history,
enormous efforts of individuals, first to conceive the idea of certain
freedoms and rights, then once conceived, to promote those efforts to
bring about the freedoms and rights. There has been much bloodshed in
the pursuit of these freedoms and rights, and the great documents that
come from these -- and the efforts to make these part of an institution,
part of a society, part of a tradition -- have cost enormous amounts of
energy from many, many people. And yet, so many entities today don't
even think about what freedoms they have, don't realize the importance
of the freedoms they have, and when the freedoms are lost, they don't
even think about that either.
It is only when the door is kicked in that they wonder: "How can this
happen? How can this be? What is going on here? Why are they doing this
to me?" This Awareness indicates that these entities begin to question
only when their own comfort zone is affected adversely.
It is now time to wake up the masses and the best documentation and
information heretofore lies in this "Emancipation Packet."
This Awareness asks you to spread this far and wide. Give it to school
teachers, give it to religious leaders, give it to group leaders in
meetings. Hang it on bulletin boards, on telephone poles, wherever. Pass
it out in places where it can be presented. Lay it in post offices, on
counters in banks, in grocery stores, wherever it is possible to find a
blank spot to lay a copy or two.
Where to Place Copies of the Documents
This Awareness suggests if it looks like it is safe to put a stack in a
place where the management will not pick up the entire stack and throw
in the wastebasket, then do so. If there is lots of traffic, pedestrians
going through or past the place, put copies there so that they can take
it. Put it in coffee shops, in colleges, in high schools, places where
entities collect en masse.
Put it in places such as theater groups, union meeting places, places
where workers meet or pass. Put a little sign that says: "Take One!" and
let entities discover. The packet is self-explanatory. It is not
something that needs a cover letter. There is an address. There are
phone numbers where entities can get more information. It is relatively
solid and complete.
This Awareness indicates that you can do yourself, future generations,
and everyone in the United States a great favor by putting a little
money into printing this and spreading it around. It may be far more
valuable in terms of money expended than donations to churches or taxes.
It may be far more valuable to do this than anything you have ever spent
your money for.
Put Some Money Into Printing Copies! Give Deep Thought to This Action!
This Awareness suggests that you give deep thought as to the
significance and importance of this action. If you have large amounts of
money to spare, you may wish to hire entities to help you or to get
volunteers in helping to pass the information around. The more people
who are ware of it, the more likely the success of the efforts of these
entities to bring about the return of freedom to this country.
This Awareness indicates that if no one knows about it, if few people
hear about it, which is highly unlikely, the effort would come to very
little, but because many packets of this information have already been
spread in many ways through out the country, there will be great numbers
of people who already know about this.
This Awareness indicates that the reason for furthering the spread of
this information is that the more people become aware of it, the less
likelihood of bloodshed as a result of this effort, and this Awareness
suggests that it is very important, it is a real message to send to
these traitors that if they do not cease and desist in their treasonous
actions, the powers will overwhelm them, for the masses now realize what
they have been doing over the years.
This Awareness indicates that once this message sinks in to them, they
are not as likely to rally some kind of foreign troops or create some
kind of national emergency to take control of this country or to resist
those in the armed forces who are striving to restore the Constitution.
HOW ABOUT NEWSPAPER ADS?
FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:
"Awareness, this information could be reduced in size slightly and could
well be put on a one-page newspaper or perhaps a half page. If entities
who could afford it, or banded together to place that information in the
form of an advertisement in major papers, like the New York Times and
Washington Post and so forth; would these papers accept such
information, considering that they are establishment newspapers?"
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates that it could be done in this way. It could be
done in such a way that the papers would not dare to reject such
advertisement.
This Awareness indicates that it could be done in such a way as to
inform the newspaper that any newspaper which does not accept this ad
will be mentioned in the ad, and the ad will be placed in other
newspapers around the country with inference that the editors of those
other newspapers are working with the traitors.
This Awareness indicates that it is time for the entities to promote
freedom, and not to tip-toe along with those who are part of the
Bilderbergers, the Council on Foreign Relations and Trilateralist groups
who work for the bankers in trying to take over this country on behalf
of the foreign powers.
This Awareness indicates that it is very likely that these newspapers
would accept such an ad if the ad were well-written and printed so as
not to detract or to be embarrassing to the newspaper, and this
documentation from the patriot group appears to be such as to be in good
taste for most newspapers.
This Awareness indicates that another place for such an ad would be in
magazines. For example, gun or rifle magazines would be more than happy
to include this kind of information. Likewise, magazines of a patriotic
nature, or magazines that are of a social, critical, political quality
which are not part of the New World Order agenda could accept such
advertisements.
Magazines that spread the news, such as "The Spotlight," for example,
would be more than pleased to put such information, possibly without
even being paid to do so. This Awareness indicates that the idea of
printing information of this type in magazines or certain news
bulletins, in many cases spiritual magazines from different groups, most
of these would be receptive to such material if it were presented in a
way that is compatible to their own particular messages.
Many church organizations would be receptive to this kind of statement.
In some instances, magazines might wish to edit and cut down the
information, to present it as a kind of news bulletin, such as the first
paragraph by David Alexander, could serve as a kind of news account
relating to Linda Thompson and her presentation of an ultimatum to
Congress and to the House of Representatives.
This Awareness indicates that David generally summed up the information
and could also follow with a phone number or address for copies of the
full document for entities who wish to know more, and this could serve
as a single column in magazines or in newspapers. One could charge for
the information or refer to it as "Free Information! Call such and such
a number," or "Write to this address."
This Awareness indicates all of these actions can be of great benefit in
getting the information out. It is ultimately important to get the
information out far and wide, to make it available to entities, to let
them know it is there, it is happening. It is something of great
significance.
CONSIDER PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION
(Presenting the Message as a Public Notice)
FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:
"There is another area that could be explored, and that is the public
access television channels that are available in most major cities of
this country, and they will accept just about anything from a citizen
who has something on his mind or has something to say. It seems to me
that with only four months to go, the important thing is to get the
information out to the general public and this medium could be a fast
way to do so..."
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This is in the affirmative. This Awareness indicates that in some
instances, entities might find it more acceptable to television stations
and to news media if it is presented as a notice rather than promoted.
In other words, if you promote it or give it in a form of promotion as
though you were in favor of what is happening, it may be perceived as a
kind of advertisement which the manager of the newspaper or television
station may not feel comfortable with, but if you present it as a
notice: "This is what is happening," and it is presented in this manner
so that "Linda Thompson is doing this," and "Linda Thompson says this
and this and this, and she has written the following," or "she has
submitted the following Declaration of Independence and this has been
sent to every member of Congress and the Senate and to news media around
the country," as though you were informing the public as to what is
going on; it can be made palatable to the station managers or to the
newspaper editors so that it can be accepted with greater ease than if
it is being promoted.
In other words, if it is presented as information where you are not
asking the reader or viewer to do anything, but are simply informing
them of what is happening, then in many cases, the newspaper, magazine,
television or radio station may find it easier to broadcast.
QUESTIONER:
"Just as if it's posted on a public bulletin board as a public
notice..."
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This is in the affirmative. It can be rewritten, using the same basic
information, but with different headlines, or different approaches as to
its presentation. It could be posted on college campuses, pizza parlors,
laundry facilities, shops where people congregate -- areas where
entities mill around and there is something on the wall to read while
they are standing around waiting for something.
POSTING THE INFORMATION AS A "LEGAL NOTICE"
QUESTION:
"Most newspapers, I believe, are compelled by law to publish (without
charge, in some cases) legal notices. I was wondering if something like
that could be submitted to papers as a legal notice, with the request
that they publish it?"
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates this could be approached. Many times the legal
notices require having to be in a certain area to comply with the need
for entities involved in the area to have the notice, if it affects them
in some way. This Awareness indicates that to present it in a small town
in the northern part of the United States when it is happening elsewhere
may not be seen by a local newspaper as a legal requirement to print
such information. However, if it can be shown that the local residents
have a need to know, have a need to be informed on this or are requested
in some way to write for information, that may be of importance to them,
such as a potential claim against the Federal Reserve banks, then it
could be seen as a legal notice that requires it be posted in all areas
of the country.
Post the Information on Telephone Poles!
This Awareness indicates that in such a case, the notice of potential
claims against the Federal Reserve would have to go to a particular
address, where the entities are notified of an address where they can
write to get further information, and this could be sent to the
Hildebrand address, or to some address that would inform them of the
potential for claims.
This Awareness indicates the Michigan phone number and address would be
ideal for this purpose and it would create a situation where the
newspaper would see a need for printing the legal notice. The question
is, however: Would the newspaper feel it necessary to present the entire
document? This Awareness indicates that it may or it may not. If the
document were paid for or paid in part as a kind of advertisement and
notice, it is likely that the newspaper would accept responsibility to
print it although they may not wish to print it entirely at their own
expense.
This Awareness indicates there are certain areas which entities may know
enough about to pursue. They may find they can be creative or may find
they have to fit within certain guidelines, and in some cases, they may
find they simply can't do what they wanted to do, but there are many
ways of spreading the information.
This Awareness indicates that fliers can be condensed and posted in
restaurants, in stores, in public places, on telephone poles. All of
these make for ways whereby the information can be spread. If you cannot
post the entire information on a telephone pole, you may post a
synthesis and an address whereby they can order or write for full
details.
This Awareness indicates you can even sell the information for a dollar
or two to allow you to continue printing more with the money you earn
from the sale of the information. You may have to promote it in such a
way as to make it seem or appear to be extremely important to the
reader, which indeed it is, and you may wish to promote it in such a way
as to show the reader how important it is, enough so that the reader
would want to pay for the information.
This Awareness suggests however, that you not put any form of payment as
a priority in getting this information out. If you must charge for the
information in order to continue printing further information, that is
clearly understandable. This Awareness suggests that the key factor
should be: "How do I promote this information, and get it out to as many
people as possible? Do I do it by giving it to individuals on the
street, or should I direct it to individuals you might think would be
responsible and turn around and give the same information to others?"
There are some entities you know who will make copies or will tell
others about it. These are the people you would want to give the
information to, knowing that they would like to spread the information
also. This Awareness indicates that to pass it out on the streets, not
knowing anything about the people, and not having them come to you for
their copy, or pick up a copy from some table, you can only hope that
they don't throw it away before reading it.
Pass it Out to Strangers on the Street
This Awareness indicates that if they pick it up, they are not as likely
to throw it away. If you hand it to them they are more likely to throw
it away than to read it. This Awareness indicates that however if you
hand information to someone, they are more likely to take it than if
they see it on a table sitting there. They may not pick it up. They may
not read it. If you hand it to them, they will at least take it in their
hands and will look at least at the headline to see what you have given
them. Thus, if you have a good strong headline, you may get them to read
it if it is something of interest to them. For example, if the headline
states that the government is being forced to comply with the law of the
land, entities might wonder: "What is this?", and they might continue
reading, or if the headline states: "Militia to Move against Congress
and the Senate in September?", entities might question this, become
curious and read the information. There are ways of creating headlines
that cause entities to want to know more and to read in order to satisfy
their curiosity.
Radio AND TV TALK SHOWS BOMBARD THEM WITH CALL-INS!
FOLLOW-UP QUESTION:
"There is also this vast area of call-in radio and television talk
shows; that if enough people would bombard some of these entities who
have millions of people watching their shows every day, like Oprah
Winfrey and Larry King and Geraldo Rivera and so on, to invite Linda
Thompson and others who are in the patriot movement to come to their
show and discuss it.
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This is in the affirmative. The entity Linda Thompson has already been
on some of these shows and has been interviewed in regard to her stand
on the Waco video tapes. This Awareness indicates that it would be very
beneficial if some of these places were bombarded by a number of writers
or callers who requested that she talk about this, particularly if these
entities were to send this information to the talk-show host so they
could see exactly what's going on.
This Awareness indicates that this could be of great value. It would
also be to the benefit of Linda Thompson to have a great deal of
exposure at this time, for the more exposure she has, the less likely
the action of killing her would be, for if she were killed it would
imply to the masses who know of her that the government had her killed
because she was helping to promote the patriot movement and the
government does not want entities to think such thoughts.
Give Phone Number for "Emancipation Packet!"
This Awareness indicates that one show on national TV could reach
millions of people, and if she were to offer free information through a
certain phone number, those millions of people could receive the
"Emancipation Packet" and thus many more people would have been made
aware that can help in spreading the information still further.
A MOMENTOUS TIME IN OUR HISTORY -- AND YOU CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN!
QUESTION:
"Thank you. Does Awareness have a closing message?"
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness indicates that It cannot emphasize enough the importance
of this action at this time in history. One year ago, entities were
complaining that the messages from this Awareness were discouraging,
depressing and, indeed, there was little available to speak of that was
encouraging. This Awareness indicates this is now reversed. It is the
most encouraging time this Awareness has seen on this plane for many
years, and this Awareness indicates that you can, through your
participation and action in spreading this information, help to make the
world a much better place in a very short time.
It is so encouraging that you cannot even imagine how much you will
benefit when these forces have their power removed and the country is
turned back to the masses.
How the Illegal Income Tax Evolved
This Awareness indicates that before these entities began, there was no
income tax. The Constitution provided only that an excise tax, a tax on
goods could be required by the government. The concept of a head tax, or
poll tax, which is the same as an income tax, was introduced originally
not for individuals but for corporations and companies. Gradually it
came to be applied to the individual and his so-called income.
Originally, it was not applied to the individual, for the individual did
not make "income." The individual earned wages. The income tax was meant
as a tax on goods and a tax on wages or work did not indicate a gain by
the worker because the worker had put out energy to receive the money
for his labor and therefore, there was an equal exchange of labor and
money in return. It was equally balanced.
Therefore, the laborer did not gain by getting paid, for he exerted a
certain amount of labor and the even exchange was not considered income,
for there was also an equal outgo. Gradually, this was shifted so that
the laborer also was taxed for his earnings and the outgo was never
considered of value in evaluating the taxable income.
This Awareness indicates that when this occurred, the worker began to
move into that which is called peonage or slavery, for if you tax an
entity's earnings from the labor he puts forth, then this labor is being
taken from him without compensation, and the compensation that does not
come implies servitude or slavery.
The higher the taxes, the greater the peonage or slavery. This Awareness
indicates that it was for this reason that the writers of the
Constitution forbid poll tax or head tax on wages.
This Awareness indicates that the 16th Amendment which created the
income tax was never ratified by all of the states. Only two states
agreed upon it and one, with certain reservations of the two. This
Awareness indicates that these two states ratified or agreed to the
income tax, but in Congress, the entity who heavily promoted the income
tax stood up and made an announcement that an income tax had been
ratified by all states and was now in effect. No one in Congress checked
to see if this was true. They simply took the man at his word and
enacted the income tax as though it was true, as though it had been
ratified, and it became accepted as the 16th Amendment allowing for an
income tax against the citizens of the country.
This Awareness indicates it has operated all of these years illegally,
and the money has gone to the Federal Reserve Bank. Prior to that, the
Treasury Department created money needed by the states and spent the
money into existence. They would create, for example, a highway project,
spending millions of dollars, which would then go into circulation
within the country, and add to the money amounts circulating in the
nation and it would create more business opportunities, activities and
jobs, and no one was taxed. Goods were still taxed, in the excise tax,
but entities were free to keep their earnings.
The Federal Reserve, in taking over, received permission to have the
Treasury Department print its Federal Reserve Notes, and then loaned the
notes, which cost them two and a half cents each, regardless of the
denomination, whether a dollar bill or a $500 bill. The Federal Reserve
then loaned these notes to the Treasury Department. So, the Treasury
Department would print these notes for two and a half cents, give them
to the Federal Reserve Bank and then receive them back as a loan at 100
percent of the face value, and pay interest on the notes, so that the
population of the United States would have to pay taxes in order to pay
back the 100 percent value of the notes borrowed, along with the
interest on the notes, and create a national debt which eventually
climbed into the trillions of dollars, simply because the Federal
Reserve Act in 1913 was passed by a very small number of Rothschild
agents serving in Congress.
These were entities who had been bought off by Rothschild, and on
Christmas eve, when everyone else was home, they voted the Federal
Reserve Act through with only about ten people present, allowing the
Federal Reserve Bank to have the Treasury Department print money for it,
loaned the money back to the Treasury Department at full face value,
plus interest, to be used by the American people.
For 81 Years, 13 Foreign Families Have Trashed Your Freedoms!
The Treasury Department, gave away all of its money to the Federal
Reserve Bank through this act. The Federal Reserve Bank is a private
corporation owned by foreign bankers. Thus, from that time until today,
81 years later, you have been robbed and cheated by these foreign
bankers while they have created wars for your sons and daughters to
sacrifice to, so that they could build up munitions, explode munitions,
destroy cities, destroy countries, which would require more money, which
would allow the Federal Reserve Banks to gain even greater wealth, so
that the trillions and trillions of dollars could go these 13 families
who apparently could not live on a balanced budget that would satisfy
them.
This Awareness indicates that if you understand the significance of this
lopsided extremism, you will see how urgent it is to get this back to a
just and equitable form of banking and financial balance. In seeing
this, you will understand why it is so important to relieve the
suffering, tragedy and sorrow of the world through the proper
understanding of the monetary system and how it has been manipulated by
entities whose conscience is totally lacking, whose compassion is
lacking, who have allowed your sons and daughters to suffer in wars of
unnecessary reasons, and who has stolen your life's work and energies,
those of your parents, those of your children for over 80 years.
This Awareness indicates it is time to take back that which the founding
fathers of your country gave you, but which you, your parents and
others, through negligence lack of attention, allowed to be lost and
forfeited at great suffering of yourself, your children, your neighbors
and your parents.
It is time to go back to the Constitution, upon which a great nation was
founded and thrived for over a hundred years before these demonic people
robbed you of your heritage.

Secret IRS Memo of 1985 Admits Income Tax is Illegal

TO: All District Directors

Commissioner of Internal Revenue
On March 5, 1985, a charge of tax evasion was filed in U.S. District
Court in Indianapolis, Indiana, by U.S. Attorney George Duncan. The
charges were dismissed. The defense attorney, Lowell Becraft of
Hunstville, Alabama, presented irrefutable evidence that the 16th
amendment to the U.S. Constitution was never properly ratified. This
amendment, which established the "income tax," was signed into law
despite serious defects. In reality, only two states ratified the
amendment, and ratification requires 36 states to be valid. The effect
of this is such that every tax paid to the Treasury since 1913, is due
and refundable to every citizen and business.
The official position of the Service is, as it always has been, to aid
and assist the citizens of the United States. We will not publish or
advertise this finding as a total immediate refund would cause a serious
drain on the Treasury. For those citizens who become aware of this
finding and apply for a total refund, expedite their refund documents as
quickly and as quietly as possible. A simple 1040X form will suffice
until a new form is designed and printed. Advise each of your managers
that they are not to discuss this situation with anyone. There will be
no more written communications regarding this and you are to destroy
this memorandum.
The Secretary of the Treasury assures me that there will be no reduction
in the workforce as this refunding activity will take a minimum of five
years to complete. Further information will be provided to you as need
arises.

PLEASE NOTE: At the time David Alexander sent us this information, it
came from the Internet and did not contain the cover sheet "Alert" that
the hard copy does. Therefore, that information was not read to
Awareness. This "Alert" sheet asks entities to join the militia or start
one if there is none in their area. Please understand that neither
Awareness, the Interpreter or CAC is asking any of you to join any
militia or participate on any march on Washington D.C. We are asking you
only to help scatter this information far and wide in order to alert
entities to the treason being committed by government officials and the
tragedies that the illegal Federal Reserve Bank has created for all
masses these many years.
Although Awareness clarified the question David asked at the beginning
of this reading, both the Interpreter and the editor later had second
thoughts: "Was Awareness seeing the entire picture? Was it still
possible the entire movement was somehow being staged to get all the
patriots together and then eliminate them in one fell swoop?" Paranoia
took us over for a few days and we stopped all work on this newsletter.
Paul phoned several times expressing his concern, so I suggested he have
his wife, Roshanna, help get him into the Awareness trance level and ask
a question that would clarify the situation.
What follows is the question and the response from Awareness, which
prompted us to release this information to you.
A Clarification on the March on Washington
May 11, 1994:
QUESTION:
"While in Olympia, Paul did a reading about documents sent to CAC
pertaining to an Ultimatum by Linda Thompson, an attorney acting on
behalf of the Waco Branch Davidians who were burned to death when their
building was attacked by armored tanks and troops. She has sent an
ultimatum to the Congress demanding that they start following the U.S.
Constitution or face arrest by a militia of armed forces on September 1,
1994. She also presented a "Declaration of Independence, 1994," which
will be delivered to the House and Senate at that time. Awareness
suggested this was perhaps the most significant thing to happen to this
country since its founding in 1776, and suggested CAC members support it
full. Upon his return from Olympia, Paul called the number in Linda
Thompson's document and it was a recording that started asking questions
-- seeking information on the caller. He became concerned that it might
be a trick to round up patriots and sympathizers on a database of names
and addresses so they could be picked up later and imprisoned. I might
add, we had just seen Schindler's List about Nazi Germany's rounding up
of Jews and others for imprisonment and extermination and that might
have prompted some of the paranoia. Nevertheless, he was concerned about
the questioning and the fact that it was being recorded for a database
without any human contact. He did not want to see CAC members get their
names listed on some file that might deliberately or even inadvertently
fall into the wrong hands and endanger them in the future. Would
Awareness comment on this concern?"
COSMIC AWARENESS:
This Awareness suggests that the concern was reasonable under the
circumstances. This Awareness wishes to clarify that It did not suggest
CAC members give "full support" to Linda Thompson's efforts. It
acknowledged this woman's courage for taking a step to restore the Law
of the Land, the U.S. Constitution, and indicated that she had more
support on this than that term "militia" might mean to many, that there
were regular military forces working with her on this also.
This Awareness did not at any time state or suggest that entities should
join the militia for this action, nor that they join the march on
Washington. It acknowledged that there may be millions of people working
in support of this event, but that does not necessarily mean that
millions will march on Washington at that time.
The Awareness suggested only that CAC members become aware of what is
happening, the significance of it, and to alert others of the situation
and significance. This is an opportunity to alert the masses to what
most CAC people have known for many years, but which others have often
looked upon as "foolish conspiracy-thinking and paranoia" on their part.
Truly aware people do not knowingly put themselves in harm's way and
this Awareness would not advise them to do so. It is sufficient to alert
the masses of the Linda Thompson situation. The more widespread the
information, the less likely the bloodshed. It is not necessary to join
an army and fight a war over it unless one is so inclined from their own
inner guidance. This Awareness will not direct, request or suggest
entities do this.

The Declaration of Independence of 1994 is being distributed nationwide
for signature, including airdrops over cities. It will be delivered by
the Militia in September, 1994 to the White House.
The attached Ultimatum was sent by certified mail to every member of the
U.S. House and Senate by April 21, 1994.
ALL MILITIA UNITS WILL CONVENE at 8:00 a.m., Monday, September 19, 1994,
in Washington, D.C., armed and in uniform, to deliver the Declaration of
Independence to the White House and to enforce the ultimatum. The
militia will arrest Congressmen who have failed to uphold their oaths of
office, who then will be tried for Treason by Citizens' Courts.
POLICE AND MILITARY: We have support from many state, city and county
police agencies and US military. This is the country and the
Constitution, that all of us have sworn to uphold and defend against all
enemies, and the enemies are corrupt leaders who have duped our police
into being cannon fodder -- to disarm America -- while these same
corrupt leaders have reduced our Army's strength from 18 divisions to
11, and sent them out of the country, to weaken our numbers.
WHY THESE EXTREME MEASURES ARE NECESSARY:
1. The Federal Reserve is not federal, it is a private corporation of
bankers. These bankers "volunteered" to finance the United States
government when it became bankrupt during World War I. Special
legislation was then passed to allow these bankers to print paper money
(only the Treasury is legally authorized to coin money), which would be
called a "loan" to the U.S. government. In turn, the U.S. government
agreed to repay this loan by taxing American citizens. Only a fraction
of the interest is being paid on the loan, and none of the principal.
These same bankers set the national interest rate and control the
economy. Our national debt is the amount owed to these bankers. Our tax
dollars line their pockets. The country is, literally, bankrupt.
2. The Federal Government, under the Constitution, never had the legal
authority to pass a national tax on income and the 16th Amendment (the
law that enacted the income tax) was never ratified, as required by law.
The Federal Government has no authority over States and never had the
legal jurisdiction to pass laws making any crimes "federal" or
subjecting people to a national federal criminal law system. Yet, a
combination of illegally passed laws has allowed the federal government
to create national federal law enforcement agencies that terrorize the
American public, seize property, and even kill, to keep their illegal
power.
3. House to house searches and seizures are being conducted without
warrants across the land. Troop movement markers (bright colored
reflective stickers on the backs of road signs) and U.N. troops are
already in place in this country, prepared to engage in "peacekeeping"
against us. Surveillance cameras are in place atop tall light posts
along highways (look for antennas sticking from black boxes on the
extremely tall light posts), cars are equipped with bar codes and
tracking devices, a national "ID card" and cashless society are
imminent, so we may all be tracked in our every movement, no penny left
unaccounted. Detention camps are already built, nationwide, to house
"dissidents" who oppose these plans. The country has already been
divided into ten regions for ten regional governments under martial law.
Our national media has become nothing but the official mouthpiece of the
government, putting forth false "polls" and outright propaganda to sway
public opinion, while not reporting countless and outrageous abuses of
the public by federal agents. In August, 1992, an FBI sniper blew off
the side of Vickie Weaver's head as she held a 10-month-old baby in her
arms, 96 people were shot and burned to death in Waco, 25 of them
children, 17 of them under the age of 5, by FBI and military. We don't
need any more proof.
4. Congress has been wholly unresponsive to demands by the American
people to revoke these illegal laws and leave the states to their own
government. Instead, Congress has passed unconstitutional laws that it
has no authority to pass, but which make it a federal crime to own
weapons and laws that put federal law enforcement and military in our
streets and houses.
Find the local militia in your area. If there is not one, start one. Be
in Washington, D.C. in September. Your liberty, your children's future,
and this nation's freedom depend upon it.

ULTIMATUM
WHEREAS, the federal government of the United States of America is
constrained by the law of the United States Constitution, the Supreme
law of this country, to limited jurisdiction, and limited power; and
WHEREAS, the federal government of the United States of America, through
unlawful Executive Orders, and through legislation passed without quorum
and without proper ratification or otherwise unlawfully enacted under
mere color of law by members of the legislative branch, have usurped the
Constitutional authority of the sovereign states and sovereign citizens
of this country, and laws which are unlawful and unconstitutional have
been enacted in voluminous number which have outrageously exceeded the
boundaries of law and decency; and
WHEREAS, the people of this country have been exploited and subjugated
to an unlawful authority by an unlawful system of loans from a private
banking institution, known as the Federal Reserve, and been forced, even
at gunpoint, to submit to an unlawful federal income tax which is not
and never has been within the authority of the federal government to
enact or enforce, all to the benefit of private individuals and
corporations at the expense of the liberty, lives, and property of the
citizens of this nation; and
WHEREAS, persons acting under color of law as federal agents, under the
direction of those claiming to be elected officials operating under
color of law, sworn to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United
States, have infringed upon the rights of citizens to keep and bear
arms, have conducted unlawful warrantless house to house searches and
seizures, have assaulted and killed sovereign citizens of this country
on the false pretense of "gun control," "child abuse," "the war on
drugs" and a plethora of unlawful statutes enacted to unlawfully control
the lives and liberty of the citizens of this country;
WHEREAS, elections are now controlled through the power of committees
and lobbies wielding the most money to obtain electoral votes or sway
the nomination of candidates and persuade the enactment of legislation
that has made it impossible for the common citizen to participate as a
candidate in an election or for the vote of the common citizen to be
meaningful; and
WHEREAS, through an unconstitutional and unlawfully enacted "income
tax," the federal government has created a "carrot and stick" that has
seduced and coerced the elected officials of the several states to
submit to the unlawful incursion of the federal government and its
agents into the sovereign territory of each state, as a trade off for
the receipt of these ill gotten proceeds;
THEREFORE, YOU ARE COMMANDED to uphold your oath and duty to the
citizens of this country, to uphold the Constitution and the rights of
the citizens of this country, and in so doing, you are commanded to
personally initiate legislation and do all things necessary to:
Repeal the 14th, 16th, and 17th amendments to the Constitution of the
United States and to publicly acknowledge that the federal government
has no jurisdiction to make or enforce criminal laws outside its
territories, limited to the area of Washington, D.C., and the property
and territories actually owned by the United States, which does not
include any State within the several states of the united states; and
Repeal the Brady Bill and NAFTA;
Repeal the Drug Interdiction Act and 10 USC 375, allowing the use of
military equipment and personnel against United States citizens and
providing a backdoor method to fund "national guard," under the guise
that the guard is a "state asset" even though the federal government
provides the salary, funding and support and none of these units is
counted as a State Guard asset and the guard and military troops thereby
are state assets in name only; and publicly acknowledge that the federal
government, through no means, may use military force or equipment
against any person on U.S. soil or upon the soil of any sovereign state,
except in the case of a declared war in the event of an actual invasion
by troops of a foreign country within the boundaries of the United
States of America, and only then, against such foreign troops, not
citizens or residents of this country; and
Immediately remove any and all foreign troops and equipment and to
immediately identify each and every federal military troop and federal
law enforcement or tax enforcement agent and all equipment now located
within the boundaries of any and every state, including all assets of
military or task force "special operations" units, CIA, NSA, or any
other covert law enforcement, quasi-law enforcement or military agency
or activity; and
Declare that the United States of America is not operating under the
authority of the United Nations; and
Declare the federal debt to the Federal Reserve null and void,
unconstitutional, and without effect and order that currency no longer
be printed by the Federal Reserve or any entity other than the Treasury
of the United States, backed by gold within the possession of the United
States; and
Declare that the federal government does not now have and never has had
the legal authority to enact or enforce criminal laws outside the area
of Washington, D.C., or outside its territories or its own property,
such as military bases, and never upon the soil of any sovereign state,
and that all such laws are null and void and without effect;
Convene a full Congressional inquiry, to be conducted publicly, by an
independent prosecutor selected from a person who has no association in
any way whatsoever with any agency of the federal government, into the
events in Waco, Texas, from February 28, 1993 through the present, at
the property known as Mt. Carmel, with the special prosecutor to have
the full power to convene a grand jury from the citizens of all the 50
states, obtain indictments, and issue subpoenas duces tecum and
subpoenas for testimony before a grand jury, and to prosecute any and
all persons, regardless of their position in government, for any crimes
for which a true bill of indictment is returned.
You have until 8 a.m. September 19, 1994, the Monday following the
second full week that Congress reconvenes in September in to personally
initiate legislation to this effect and to do all things necessary to
effect this legislation and the restoration of a Constitutional
government within this country.
If you do not personally attend to these demands, you will be identified
as a Traitor, and you will be brought up on charges for Treason before a
Court of the Citizens of this Country.

A Declaration by the Sovereign Citizens of the Several States Within the
United States of America
When in the Course of human Events, it becomes necessary for one People
to dissolve the Political Bands which have connected them with another,
and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal
Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a
decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind requires that they should
declare the causes which impel them to the Separation.
We hold these Truths to be self-evident, that all people are created
equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable
Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of
Happiness.
That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among the
people, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed,
that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends,
it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to
institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and
organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to
effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should
not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly all
Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while
Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms
to which they are accustomed.
But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the
same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism,
it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and
to provide new Guards for their future Security.
Such has been the patient Sufferance of the people of the several states
of the United States of America; and such is now the Necessity which
constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government.
The History of the present federal government of the United States of
America is one of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in
direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States
and over the sovereign citizens within the several states. To prove
this, let Facts be submitted to a candid World.
All Branches, the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial, of the federal
government, have refused Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and
necessary for the public Good, the most blatant example of which is the
total contempt in which they have held the Constitution of the United
States and the rights of the citizens of this country protected by the
limitations upon government set forth in the Constitution;
The President and Congress have forbidden state Governors to pass Laws
of immediate and pressing Importance, under inducement or threat of the
loss of federal funding, unless suspended in their Operation till their
Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, they have utterly
neglected to attend to them;
The legislative branch has refused to pass other Laws for the
Accommodation of large Districts of People, unless those People would
relinquish the Right of Representation in the Legislature, a Right
inestimable to them, and formidable to Tyrants only, as evidenced
through the passage of the Seventeenth Amendment to the Constitution of
the United States, and the present federal voting system, which is a
national sham and disgrace, and prevents the common man from
participating either as a candidate, or by meaningful vote for a
candidate of his choosing in a truly free and open election;
The Congress convenes in a manner which is inaccessible to the general
public who are not allowed to address the Congress nor to directly
supervise the activities of Congress, and publishes its business in
records not readily accessible to the People, intentionally obtuse in
the construction of both the laws and the publication thereof, for the
Purposes of deceiving and fatiguing the people into Compliance with such
Measures. The federal judicial offices and congress have set themselves
wholly apart from and above the people, immune even from suit for their
transgressions, answerable to none, and responsive to none except those
who further their private interests;
The federal government, through unlawfully constituted federal agencies
which purport to be "law enforcement," and under the color of laws
enacted by the legislature which exceed the constitutional jurisdiction
of the federal government, has repeatedly murdered or incarcerated those
who have opposed with manly Firmness the Invasions on the Rights of the
People;
The federal government has endeavored to prevent the Population of these
States; for that Purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of
Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their Migrations
hither, and raising the Conditions of new Appropriations of Lands; and
has endeavored to depopulate the United States, and for that purpose,
has waged chemical, biological, and radioactive warfare upon the people,
and encouraged and funded abortions and acts of genocide upon large
populations of the people;
All the branches of the federal government have obstructed the
Administration of Justice, by subjugating the federal courts to the
department of Treasury and the Executive Branch, and by refusing Assent
to Laws for establishing Judiciary Powers and the independent
investigation of crimes committed by agencies and officials of the
federal government, insulating them from their crimes through executive
pardon, legislated and judicially created immunity from criminal and
civil prosecution;
The Federal Judiciary have been selected on the will and whim of the
executive branch and a Congress inattentive to anything but their own
special interests and the will and money of lobbying groups, and the
judiciary is dependent upon them for the Tenure of their Offices, and
the Amount and payment of their Salaries;
The federal government has erected a Multitude of new Offices, and sent
hither Swarms of Officers to harass our People, and eat out their
Substance;
The federal government has kept among us, in Times of Peace, Standing
Armies, without the consent of our Legislatures, or through the
seduction or coercion of the state legislatures through the mechanism of
"federal tax monies" offered in exchange for the cooperation of the
state legislatures in handing over the sovereignty of each state;
The Military has been rendered independent of, and superior to the Civil
Power, through the enactment of laws which wholly abridge the
Constitution of the United States and which seek to avoid the effect of
the Posse Comitatus Act through surreptitious and covert methods;
The President, officers of the executive branch, and Congress have
combined with others to subject us to a Jurisdiction foreign to our
Constitution, and unacknowledged by our Laws; giving Assent to their
acts of pretended Legislation;
For quartering large Bodies of Armed Troops, foreign and federal, among
us;
For protecting agents of the federal government and military, from any
trial or by a mock Trial, from Punishment for any Murders which they
should commit on the Inhabitants of these States;
For regulating and strangulating our Trade with all Parts of the World;
For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent; for failing to publicly
acknowledge, more than 60 years ago, that the federal government was in
fact, bankrupt, but instead, concealing these facts from the people and
entering into a fraudulent agreement to finance the bankruptcy, by
creating and perpetuating a fraudulent monetary system, to the
enrichment of private bankers, insurance companies, and their
stockholders, called the "federal reserve system", whereby paper notes
are created to "loan" to the federal government at interest rates fixed
by these private bankers, and where only a portion of the interest and
none of the principal on these loans is paid each year; a system whereby
the payments are extorted from the people through a fraudulent,
coercive, unjust and unlawful federal tax scheme foisted upon the people
without their knowledge or consent and through a labyrinth of licensing
agencies and required licenses for all manner of endeavors, which are
themselves nothing more than taxes by another name; all enforced by
unbridled terrorist tactics and fear produced by the brute force of an
unrestrained government that seizes property and imprisons those who do
not "voluntarily" submit.
For depriving us, in many Cases, of the Benefits of Trial by Jury;
For proposing and enacting legislation to federally criminalize, indeed
to suffer the death penalty in many cases or at the least the forfeiture
of property, for the free exercise of the unalienable rights of free
speech and free press, freedom of worship, freedom of assembly, or the
right to keep and bear arms;
For enacting legislation to seize the property of the people under a
myriad of pretenses, and to imprison persons on the testimony of
unknown, unidentified, and often paid, informants, who become informants
to secure for themselves a more favorable position in a prosecution
brought against them, and all within the states where the federal
government has no legal powers of law enforcement;
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in the states, and
establishing therein an arbitrary Government, and enlarging its
Boundaries, so as to render it at once an Example and fit Instrument for
introducing the same absolute Rule into these states;
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and
altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments;
For usurping the power of our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves
invested with Power to legislate for us in all Cases whatsoever;
The federal government has abdicated Government here, by declaring us
out of its Protection and waging War against us;
The federal government has plundered our Seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt
our towns, and destroyed the Lives of our People;
The federal government, at this Time, is transporting large Armies of
foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of Death, Desolation, and
Tyranny, already begun, often under the color of the law of the United
Nations, and with circumstances of Cruelty and Perfidy, scarcely
paralleled in the most barbarous Ages, and totally unworthy of a
civilized Nation;
The government has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the
high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the Executioners
of their Friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands;
The federal government has excited domestic Insurrections amongst us;
In every stage of these Oppressions we have Petitioned for Redress in
the most humble Terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by
repeated Injury. A President, whose Character is thus marked by every
act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the Ruler of a free
People.
We, therefore, the sovereign citizens of the several states of the
united states, which now form the United States of America, appealing to
the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions, do,
in our own names and right and by the authority of God Almighty,
solemnly Publish and Declare, that each of the sovereign citizens
undersigned are, and of Right ought to be, Free and Independent
Sovereign Citizens; that they are absolved from all Allegiance to the
federal government of the United States of America, and that all
political Connection between them and the federal government of the
United States of America, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that
as Free and Independent Sovereign Citizens, each has the full Power to
levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to
do all other Acts and Things which an Independent Sovereign may of right
do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm Reliance on
the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other
our lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
