Dear Brother David,

        Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

     I have noticed that some individual O.T.O. members have
recently been criticizing you and your group, the New Thelemic
Order of the Golden Dawn, and sometimes even expressing overt
animosity. These individuals may have their own reasons for doing
so, but please do not take their statements and actions as
representative in any way of the opinions of O.T.O. Grand Lodge
or its officers.

     In spite of the historical tendency of Magical Orders to
engage in petty feuding, it is our hope for the future that
individual Thelemic Orders will recognize each other's place in
the Greater Order, and work side by side in a spirit of mutual
respect. After all, there is strength in diversity, and we share
the common goal of the promulgation of the Law of Thelema.

     On a personal level, I am well aware of your sincerity and
dedication as a Thelemite, your knowledge, and your talent as a
teacher. I wish you and your group nothing but success, and I
shall continue to regard you as a Brother regardless of whether
you choose to remain an active member of O.T.O.
