1.  This echo is provided for (and dedicated to) the discussion of issues and
    materials directly related to WICCA and allied NEO-PAGAN concerns, both
    in theory and practice.

2.  Discussions of comparative religion/religious practices may be germane at
    times, but only when they apply to issues that are "craft" related.

3.  Proselytizing, Recruitment, Conversion Attempts, or Criticism of anothers
    belief system are ALL in BAD TASTE AND DISCOURAGED.

4.  COMMON COURTESY IS MANDATORY!

5.  Other than for illustrative and literary purposes the quoting of ANY
    particular sect's scripture is at best in poor taste and discouraged.

6.  People who are of other faiths and belief systems are welcome on this
    echo, as GUESTS.  If you are of a belief system other than those to
    whom this echo is dedicated, you are welcome only as long as you
    conduct youself as a guest.

7.  Anyone violating these few priciples above will either correct their
    behavior upon request or be banned from the echo.  Any system operator
    not willing to abide by and enforce these rules for this echo will not
    be allowed to carry this echo.  This is a private echo and is not to
    be placed on the "backbone".
