WITCHES TRASHED AGAIN BY KABC TELEVISION
     On Sunday February 2, KABC TV in Los Angeles ran 
an incredibly offensive program called WITCHES 
WARLOCKS AND WIZARDS.  This program attempted to 
blame witches for "evil that would contribute to the 
suffering and demise of all humanity".  
     They attempted to get off the hook by having a 
short statement that modern-day witches merely 
practice a religion that worships the earth.... then 
proceeded to air what can only be described as 
sensationalist trash -- clips from the silent film 
WITCHCRAFT THROUGH THE AGES, THE WIZARD OF OZ, as 
well as some very ugly foreign films.
     This show was run in PRIME TIME, just after 
Siskel and Ebert, and before the early evening news.  
(The lead in story in the Newscast was "terrorist 
torture victims in Beriut")  You can imagine the 
audience they had in the Los Angeles area.
     Please call and write to protest this horrible
