Madame,

Excuse my dull english, I am of french native language.

I am writing you here to voice some of my strong concerns about
something which could really become more and more crucial for
your country as well as ours, by the fact this thing has created
and is creating, and will create cataclysms if not taken
seriously enough.  Many deaths already showed the path.

You are certainly remembering the Davidian Waco Cult tragedy and
its numerous deaths including children. You have in mind as well
the various other cults who ended up into blood baths ; those
things can still and will happen, and can be rather worse than
have been, because the cult incriminated by my letter, the
so-called Church of Scientology-Dianetics, from which I was an
executive for years, is not really far from the state of mind
preceding such atrocities in these other cults.

Nevertheless, some facts are really different in that one from
any other before, which f could be resumed in  :

· The number of its members (between 50 and 100000 persons WW) -
much more than Wacos, Aum’s, or People’s Church.

· The weapons and almost fortified camps existing (such as Hemet
base, California)

· The existence of highly military trained people, as well as
true prisons used to brainwashing of unobedient  staffs, even if
they just expressed some critics...

· The properties of the group (globally they own probably more
than 1 billion dollars WW.

· Scientology’s implications in every aspects of social life in
any country where it is present and active since some years,
that presence being used to get maximum data on everybody, and
use it in blackmail or to destroy by lies or whatever means,
reputations of whole groups or countries, religions etc (this
can be seen by instance in Germany right now, in Greece where
the main country’s church is attacked, in France, Italy, Russia,
etc... In Germany, not a country particularly aimed at
destroying freedom those years, as can be seen by the US report
on violations of Human Rights, but this « third party » action
from scientologists is really getting too far between your State
and Germany...)

· Scientology use of so-called legal viewpoints to get even and
harass its enemies till death or till, abused, they sign off
unbearably wrong declares - to get any peace of mind... instead
of suiciding as it happened.

· Scientology use of false allegations regarding every country’s
laws and rules on non-profit or religious status ; those
allegations being each time different to fit the country where
it is done ; it succeeded in United States to be accepted by
I.R.S. as  a non-profit corporation, a  bare lie, as only one
single thing is of any importance in scientology : MONEY,
nothing else counts and has ever been important.

· Scientology probable use of murders - please see the Lisa Mc
Pherson affair in Tampa, Florida, recently discovered,  to quote
one, or jail for a highly placed scientologist in France after
the suicide of Patrice Vic he has « handled ».

· Scientology permanent use of every mean to get whatever it
wants to, including theft, burglary,  almost evrywhere (like in
US agencies, or state secrets use.)

Obviously enough, every one these facts does add force and
aggravated danger for the cult, compared to other cults having
performed atrocities those last years.

Perhaps all this does not seem yet too dangerous, I can assure
every point has been heavily documented everywhere in the
world’s various countries where it implanted its ‘orgs’ or
‘churches’, you cannot ignore it.

As you are on a very high level on the most powerful country of
the world, do you think what could be said of US if nothing was
done to inhibit any crimes from this group ? That US State,
though having been fedwith complete documents or protests since
long and from everywhere in the world, has nevertheless kept on
feeding the snake in her bosom, till it was too late for any
Freedom to remain intact ... not too good for a government whose
main public statements are aimed at Freedom , Democracy, and
Human Rights.

I hope my message could be of use, and, wishing you the best, I
shall be extremely grateful regarding any actions being
diligented about this.
