     The Vibrant Intensity Conspiracy and Religion will be
founded sometime in the future by a time-travelling historian
named Vladimir Ipsididdle, who will be studying the profound
changes that have occured in the latter part of the 20th
century A.D.
     The Vibrant Intensity Conspiracy and Religion (hereafter
referred to as VICAR) is a loose collective of anarchists,
computer hackers, humanists, phone phreaks, and drug addicts,
dedicated to spreading the principles of Discord throughout
the world.
     The original members of VICAR joined the organization
on the 34th day of Confusion in the year 5989 Anno Mung.  The
original members are Reverend Doctor Bermuda Belach, ODD,
KSC, BM; Fr. Archimedes Anarchy, RN, KSC, TCO; and King Sin
III (who is NOT a Discordian and therefore has no titles
attached to his name).
     VICAR utilizes several methods to spread the mysteries
of Discord throughout the world.  The foremost of these is
Operation Mindfuck, also known as OM.  There are many
differnet means to accomplish OM, including letters,
telegrams, telephone calls and personal visits.  See the next
section for more information on Operation Mindfuck.
     Currently, VICAR holds meetings wherever and whenever
they get the chance.  In the past, these meetings were held
at a gameroom but this has had to change since Bermuda lost
his job.
