As a result, it could revolutionize the size of computers, reducing them to 1/50th to=20 1/1000th of their size, or increasing memory capacity by 50 to 1000 times in the same space as today's common memory=20 systems.=20 ACC said that the energy levels the Transcap can store, could also be=20 "modulated", and could be configured to represent a "fragment" of information, not just the bits and bytes stored in=20 today's computers. It is right below the 'Keith King" letter (I am following Mr. King's=20 writings, because they all flow along the same basic thread of thinking on his=20 part, he has written me and asked me to stop providing information about=20 ACC's story, using words trouble me for they are information repressive in=20 my opinion). ACC's website is: http://www.american-computer.com and their story is accessible from the lower right hand link (you should set your browser=20 to their home page and use this link, as they are likely to suddenly=20 update their site and may move the pages about a bit, leaving all other links unresolved... they told me to advise you...): *** On the ACC Story of the Millenium newsfront, here is what I have=20 for everyone *** ACC has been persistent: I understand that they have fired off a=20 lawsuit (four weeks ago) with the Judge Advocate General of the Air Force, and=20 have obtained a Court Order against the Air Force Engineering Installations=20 and IT Divisions that may eventually compel them to release both a) the documents they failed to about Project Blue Book and the Roswell UFO and b) the actual debris from Roswell and an unclaimed craft that was found by the Air Force in the vicinity of=20 Corona California in July of 1947. The craft is not "classified", Jack told=20 me it has been dubbed "experimental military air craft" - so that it=20 ordinarily would not be available to the public and all documents about it=20 subject to perpetual classification. I understand that the Air Force has until=20 the second week in January to respond and is bound irrevocably by the=20 Order of Protection, being monitored by the Department of Justice and the US Marshall Service. The lawsuit is based on "fraudulent representation=20 of property of the United States Government" and includes writs of=20 Habeous Corpus demanding production of documents, things and corpses, connected with=20 the Roswell matter. ACC says it may be pending for several years, given the=20 immediate effort by the Air Force to slow the fast track of the lawsuit, and to quell=20 production. ACC has also cornered President Clinton, sending one of their=20 lobbyists to meet with him: they got him to release a statement that he has a=20 "personal interest"in UFO-ology and wants the ultimate facts surrounding any=20 military dossiers and Alien Hardware in the US Government's possession released=20 to the public (but admitting that despite the fact that he is the CIC, he=20 may not have the ability to cause the release, due to the problem with ultra-classified materials from the past, he has not yet been able to=20 get the DoD to brief him on the project allegedly assigned to the Roswell craft, or so he said). ACC has approached both Colin Powell and Norman Schwartzkopf about the possibility of organizing a Pro Bono Observation Team to enter and=20 examine the alleged storage facility housing the craft. It is my=20 understanding that the Judge Advocate General of the Army and Air Force has issued a ruling ordering a protective order on the facility, barring removal of=20 any materials from it by the NSA and by the DoD, or any agent thereof. ACC has asked Gen'l (ret.) I understand that the lawyers who Brittain had originally hired for his estate had passed copies to ACC=20 for examination. I understand that a document (designed to protect them=20 from AT&T) signed by Brittain, Shockley and Bardeen may be being sought, in=20 that it was filed with their lawyer as a means by which to convince AT&T that "if anything should happen to us, then our lawyers will=20 release this letter to the public, the press and the government". ACC has indicated they will not be adding new information to their=20 website until almost New Years, and have asked me to serve as a "go between", limiting my postings to those who have sent me their email addresses,=20 and to Francisco Lopez's List Serve. I believe however that they are=20 still taking calls, but keeping their heads down and also having a very busy holiday sale season on their PCs). Shulman told me he didn't want the Public coming to his website and buying PCs for the holidays as a=20 result of any earth shattering news posted there about Roswell, so he has locked=20 the Roswell story-well (but many of us are trying to convince him to=20 change his mind, there are about 50 pages of things ACC does NOT want me to=20 release in my letters to you that have my mind boggled.) ACC has also indicated that while it has received numerous offers=20 about books and movies concerning its story, it has withheld any agreement=20 to the many offerers, and is working mainly on the effort to get the UFO and documents (and bodies?) produced by the Air Force for public=20 inspection... I applaud them.
