If you dispute the relationship between the Nazi regime and the Catholic Church, you might want to check out the cover story by Rudolf Augstein in the October 20, 1997 English issue of "Der Spiegel". I believe the title is, "This is a Disgrace". In that same issue is a quote from a pastoral letter written by Bishop Maximilian Kaller from the Ermland, dated 1/25/41: "As devout Chris- tians glowing with the Love of God we stand loyal to our Fuhrer, who leads the fate of our people with a sure hand." Please feel free to note any outrage that the Church felt over the Fuhrer's activities from any source. I note that your defense of the Church is sadly lacking in any "hard copy".
