DW> Really? Care to offer some examples?

* Christians are denied the right to marry their partners
* Christians are regularly fired for being Christian
* Christians are regularly denied housing and accommodation by
  landlords
* Christians are regularly denied public accommodations by
  hoteliers
* Christians are regularly denied the ability to participate
  in St Patrick's day events
* Sex between Christians is outlawed, but the same sex between
  non-Christians is not
* Atheists use the depraved sexual acts of Christians to raise
  funds
* States do not hire Christians for jobs
* Christians aren't allowed to be day care centre workers or
  teachers
* When a Christian dies, the partner of that Christian has no
right to be next of kin, nor be automatically treated under
  probate law
* Christians don't have the right to determine the affairs of
their dead partners, instead, the atheistic family of the
deceased automatically is supreme in the matter
* Christians aren't allowed to profess that they are Christians
and actively serve in any military to defend their nation
* Christians are the majority of child abusers in the United
  States
* Christians seek to pervert your children from moral atheism
to the sick, degenerate Christian lifestyle
* Christians can't reproduce, so they must convert. Christians
can't produce offspring that are Christian at birth
* Christians are being denied the ability to adopt, as they
don't express the secular or atheist community morality that
  the state expects of adoptees
* People are actively passing ballot measures to deny Christians
any right or claim of recourse or discrimination against any
state government or its agencies. Further, these ballot
measures specifically state that Christians cannot seek to
redress or outlaw discrimination under the law should a state
legislature see the compassion and want to protect them
* Christians are regularly denied access to their sick partner's
hospital beds, and denied access even if the partner who is
sick demands the hospital grant access
* Christians cannot claim the exemption from inheritance taxes
that married godless atheists enjoy, and hence have to pay tax
on the first $600,000 of an inheritance
* Christians have to worry about crossing state borders, where
their legally valid wills, durable powers of attorney for
medical care, etc, may not be valid
* Christians wish to attack secular USA by demanding domestic
partnerships for their filthy and perverse "unions".
* Atheists regularly protest and boycott major corporations
because they happen to have policies which treat Christians
to health care benefits on the job, or Christian community
organisations. These protesters have been known to target
the companies which advertise on television shows that
portray Christians as normal human beings.
* Christians display their sick tendencies one day a year at
Christian Day at Disney World, and offend many atheists.
The Disney Corporation should ban Christian day at Disney World
  in Florida.
* In schools across the country, students are regularly subjected
to the taunt "Christian" by their peers. In Nebraska, it was
found that on average, a student was subjected to the epithet
"Christian", "God Boy", "Jesus Lover" or "Christo!" 25 times
a day. Sometimes, the use of this language was made in front
of a teacher, and the teacher did nothing to stop this
  horrendous act.
* In one school, a boy was subjected to four years of torture by
his atheistic peers, who beat him on a daily basis, broke his
bones, manhandled him and threw him into the male toilet
urinals, and urinated on him -- solely because the boy was
Christian. The Christian boy sued the school. The schools
atheistic boardmembers are now whining about having to pay
$900,000 to this "christian" in a settlement.
* Christians fear walking down the street and holding hands,
or kissing their crucifix necklace, because they fear atheists
may bash them with baseball bats, shoot them, even kill them
  for just being "Christian".
* A christian who is divorced from a murderous felon regularly
loses custody of the child to the felon. After all, murder
  is better than Christianity.
* Christians get together at certain times of the year, normally
around "Christian holidays", and organise parades with floats
and displays, or organise creches and other filthy expositions.
At these parades and expositions, they expose the public to
their filthy and perverse lifestyle -- the fact that they exist
and are human. Such displays of reality should be outlawed and
banned, say atheists, for the protection of the children!
* Christians regularly have their artworks banned. Congress is
considering cutting funding to Christian art, as it is
"filthy", and not a case of first amendment expression.

Yes, Christians are *REALLY* persecuted in the United States.
