Golly: that's exactly what the evolutionary scientists,
geologists, and palenotologists said we would observe,
and opposite what Young Earth Creationists expected.

When the rain started, the mountains fled to high ground?

LOL! Now you owe *ME* the new keyboard!

Er, last I looked it is a northward-moving plate doing the
"ramming."

India is vanishing at roughly six inches a year, raising
the Himalaya Mountains (and incidently northern India,
southern Tibet, Nepal, Sikkim, Kashmir, and Bhutan) at a
rate fast enough to observe (i.e. measure) over a 24-hour
period. But then, Liarton doesn't "believe" in plate
tectonics because it's not biblical.... These types of
mountains can last a billion years.

The average life-span of a volcanic mountain (on Earth) is
ten million years, according to Carl Sagan in "Pale Blue
Dot." Weathering, dissolution, abrasion, corrosion, and
transportation takes their toll. Without plate tectonics,
Earth would be rather flater than it is now. Liarton only
believes in the erosion process, and ignores the building
processes.

But then, his cult has ordered him to remain stupid and
ignorant, or go to Hell.
