Congressional Fellowships are available for scholars of any discipline who have an analytical interest in public policy and communications. Candidates must show promise of making a significant contribution to the public's understanding of the political process. Applicants from the social science disciplines are encouraged to apply for this 10-month program on Capitol Hill, which will begin November 1997 and end August 1998. Fellows will receive a stipend of $28,000.
