Congress Organizes--Science Committees Set


The committee and subcommittee rosters set in mid-January by the House and Senate leadership contained some unexpected appointments. Republicans skipped senior members for chairmanships, and members either switched committee assignments, were dropped altogether, or were not returned by voters.
