Steve W. J. Kozlowski, PhD, is Professor of Psychology at Michigan State
University. He serves on the Board of Editors of Academy of Management Journal and
as Consulting Editor of Journal of Applied Psychology. His professional
affiliations include APA, Academy of Management, Society for Industrial and
Organizational Psychology, and International Association of Applied Psychology.
Dr. Kozlowski's research focuses on phenomena that promote organizational change
requiring adaptation by the organization and individual; learning, adaptation,
and development of interpretive cognitive-perceptual structures; and information
acquisition. Dr. Kozlowski received a PhD in Industrial/Organizational
Psychology from Penn State in 1982.
